Here at Nix-Mix, we supply and deliver ready mixed sand and cement floor screeds.Our 1:4 floor screed with polymer fibres is the perfect finish to cover underfloor heating pipes.It has high thermal qualities is able to be laid from
35mm depths upwards.It can be laid on insulation as a floating floor or on
top of an existing floor to provide a level high quality finish.

Supplied in our Mixer, it is ready mixed to a very consistent standard, it gives
you the trust and knowledge of having an excellent and high quality product.
We use the most modern plants available to ensure that you get the best produced screed at a value for money price. Floor screed is supplied retarded
so that the product is fully workable for up to eight hours.

We are able to recommend highly qualified layers if required. The perfectly flat finish of a screed floor allows you to select any type of floor covering to give you that high quality look. Screeds may also be used for laying flags or slabs etc. Supplied ready mixed it gives a consistently high standard and provides the perfect base on which to lay your patio, path or car park.
